HOUSE RULES
Welcome to Gästehaus Pernull

Dear guests,

These house rules indicate how we see that you deal with the apartment / holiday home and the associated inventory. We thus ensure that you can enjoy a carefree holiday and have a few house rules that contribute to this. This way we can offer the best possible service for the best price, now and in the future!

Upon arrival, we will show you around and go through the most important things verbally with you. If you have any questions during this explanation or during your stay, feel free to ask them.

Inform us as soon as possible in case of an incomplete inventory. This way we can quickly resolve any imperfections. We are also at your disposal if you have any questions about the house or similar matters.

It is not allowed to smoke in the houses. There is an ashtray outside on the balcony/terrace. Please empty this ashtray yourself regularly in the bag of household waste.

Because the power consumption is included in the rent, we ask you to pay attention to closing the windows if you have switched on the heating. Turn off the lights in the rooms you are not using and when you leave the house.

Bed linen, 1 set of towels per person (1 large and 1 small) and kitchen towels are provided in the apartment/holiday home. If you need more towels, you can get them from us for a fee of € 3.00 per set.

We provide a charcoal BBQ on request. You must take care of the coal yourself. Please do not cause nuisance to other guests, for example through smoke development. After use, we like to find the BBQ and the grid clean for the next guests.

It is expressly not allowed to fry and/or fondue in the house.

The furniture of the interior fittings may not be moved outside

Please place the seat cushions for the garden furniture at the apartment under the roof at night and when it rains or take them inside.

Please do not throw pampers and feminine hygiene products, etc. into the toilet.

  • Something can always get damaged during your stay. Do not hesitate and report damage immediately so that it can be repaired. We will replace the damaged and bill you. You can decide for yourself whether to pass this on to your insurance company or to pay for it yourself. The apartment/holiday home is checked for defects and missing items before new guests arrive.

    Waste processing
    In order to save the environment, people in Austria are very strict about separating waste. This is what we do here at Pernull. Please use the correct bags and bins for the various types of waste:

    Deposit plastic waste in the designated yellow bag
    Glass cleaned in the appropriate white container marked "GLAS"
    Paper and cardboard in the white bin with the inscription "PAPER"
    Tin in the white container with the inscription "BLIK"
    Residual waste in the gray garbage can
    You can give green waste from your meals to our chickens or store it in the green compost bags and deposit it on the compost heap in the corner of the garden.

    We require that upon departure

    You have emptied the bins in the apartment;

    The garbage in the relevant containers has been removed;

    The refrigerator and freezer compartment are emptied;

    The toilet remains “clean”;

    The floors are wipe clean;

    Also check for any chargers, CDs/DVDs, books, chromecast, toys, etc. that you own;

    Empty the locker and check that no towels, etc. are left behind on the balcony;

    We request that you vacate the apartment/holiday home before 10 am on the day of departure.

    It is recommended to take out separate travel/cancellation insurance in addition to liability insurance.
