Next to our pension there is a large holiday home (110m³) with 3 bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms for 2 to 8 people. We have also installed a Miele washing machine that you can use during your stay. 
The house features balconies off the large bedrooms with stunning mountain views. There is private parking for 2 cars and you can use the communal garden with sun loungers, a table tennis table and swing benches. 
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living area with satellite TV, spacious hallway, luxury bathroom with walk‑in shower, separate toilet and 1 spacious bedroom with a bunk bed and a double box‑spring bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m. 
The second floor is reached via the staircase in the generous hallway and has a bathroom with bathtub and shower screen, sink and toilet, two bedrooms of which one has two single beds and the third bedroom has a fixed double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m. We provide bed and bath linen and free Wi‑Fi is available.
Breakfast is not included, but it can of course be added, as is a bread service if desired.

Every summer season all our guests receive a complimentary Holiday Plus Card during their stay. With it you can enjoy fun activities and excursions in the region that are free or discounted. Think, for example, of the lifts and gondolas at Nassfeld, access to the Hermagor beach at Presseggersee, a discount on entry to the Garnitzenklamm, and free public transport in the area.
