This kitchen has an electric 4‑burner cooktop, oven, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto machine, kettle, microwave, large fridge and a freezer. There is also an Austrian seating area with space for 4 people.
One double boxspring bed is in the living area and there is a separate bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin with a mirror cabinet, and there is a separate toilet and a storage cabinet. The apartment also has a smart TV, free Wi‑Fi connection and a safe. From the apartment you can reach the covered private terrace with garden furniture and a wonderful view of the mountains.
Bath and bed linen are included for all guests. There is a BBQ for a grill evening and a dedicated parking spot for the car.

It is possible to have breakfast in our breakfast room or you can order fresh Kaiser rolls / whole‑grain rolls daily via the bread service. Feel free to ask us about the options. Each day you can specify what you want.

Every summer season, all our guests receive the Holiday Plus Card free of charge during their stay. With it, you can enjoy fun activities and excursions in the region, which are free or discounted. For example, think of the lifts and gondolas at Nassfeld, access to the Hermagor beach bath at Presseggersee, discounts on entry to the Garnitzenklamm, and free public transport in the region.
