The apartment is located below the holiday home, directly on the sunny garden and has a nice private terrace with garden furniture and a parasol.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people and has its own front door, which gives access to the living space with open kitchen and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, sink, induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, dolce gusto and is fully equipped with all cooking utensils. The bathroom and 2 bedrooms are directly adjacent to this living space.

Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed (box spring), a smart TV, a walk-in closet and beautiful panoramic views of the sunny private terrace, the garden and the mountains.

The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and sink with modern mirror cabinet. The bathroom is also accessible from the kitchen.

Finally, you will find a separate 2nd bedroom with a comfortable double bed (2 single beds are also possible) and storage space for clothes.

The apartment includes bath and bed linen for all persons. There is free wifi, a BBQ for a barbecue evening and a private parking space for the car.

It is possible to have breakfast in our breakfast room or you can order fresh kaiser rolls / whole wheat rolls daily via bread service. Feel free to ask us about the possibilities. You can indicate per day what you want.

Every summer season, all our guests receive the Holiday Plus Card free of charge during their stay. This allows them to take part in fun activities and excursions in the region, which are free or discounted. For example, the lifts and gondolas on Nassfeld, access to the Hermagor beach on the Presseggersee, discounted access to the Garnitzenklamm and free public transport in the region.
