The apartment was fully renovated in 2025 and is located under the holiday house, directly next to the sunny garden and has a nice private terrace furnished with garden furniture and a parasol.

The apartment accommodates 4 people and has its own front door, which gives access to the living area with an open kitchen and a cozy sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, Dolce Gusto machine and is fully furnished with all cooking essentials. The bathroom and 2 bedrooms are directly adjacent to this living area.

Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed (boxspring), a smart TV, a walk‑in closet and a beautiful panoramic view of the sunny private terrace, the garden and the mountains.

The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and features a spacious walk‑in shower, toilet and washbasin with a modern mirror cabinet. The bathroom is also accessible from the kitchen.

Finally, you will find a separate second bedroom where there is also a comfortable double bed (two single beds also possible) and there are storage options for clothes.

The apartment includes bath and bed linen for all guests. Free Wi‑Fi is available, a BBQ for a grill evening and a dedicated parking space for the car.

It is possible to have breakfast in our breakfast room or you can order fresh Kaiser rolls / whole‑grain rolls daily via the bread service. Feel free to ask us about the options. Each day you can specify what you want.

Every summer season, all our guests receive the Holiday Plus Card free of charge during their stay. With it, you can enjoy fun activities and excursions in the region, which are free or discounted. For example, lifts and gondolas at Nassfeld, access to the Hermagor beach bath at Presseggersee, discount on entry to the Garnitzenklamm and free public transport in the region.
